Boogie with Baby is a space where you can meet other parents, move your body, have fun and bond with your baby all at the same time. It's not a class for your baby, or a fitness class for you, its a class for both of you. Babies usually love the music and movement and of course they love being close to mummy (or daddy), and as we all know, if baby’s happy it makes it much easier for you to be happy and relaxed!
This isn't a class where you need to get the steps right or worry about looking good. It’s about having fun and enjoying this time with your baby, while also getting the opportunity to move and enjoy music for you (no nursery rhymes here!) Come as you are, enjoy a judgement free space and hopefully leave feeling energised with a happy baby!

Hi! I'm Danie, an ex professional dancer and personal trainer, turned NLP coach, and now mummy to my gorgeous 10 month old son.
With my background in dance and a baby who would only settle in the sling for a while, this class seemed like an obvious choice. Motherhood is amazing, but it can also be challenging, lonely, exhausting and almost impossible to find a moment for yourself at times! I found I was always prioritising classes for my baby because if he's happy then I'm happy, but I also really missed moving and exercising.
I wanted to create a space where mums can come together to do something that feels good for them, without feeling like they are having to sacrifice time from their baby, or that baby is missing out in any way. There's no guilt here because baby will hopefully love it just as much as you do!
